At The Kidz Lounge, we aim to provide affordable, reliable and high-quality wrap-around care for families. We offer two flexible booking options to suit your needs: Contract bookings for consistent weekly sessions, and Ad hoc bookings for occasional care, released a term in advance.
Before School Club
A bright start to the morning. We serve a choice of cereals, toast, and fruit to prepare children for the day ahead.

Booking Options
Contract Bookings
1. Register Online
Complete your child's registration and all required information.
2. Choose Your Regular Sessions
Select the days you require each week for breakfast and/or after school club.
3. Secure Your Place
Reserved weekly sessions throughout term time.
* One month notice required for changes or termination.
** All contract sessions are invoiced monthly and payable in advance.
Ad Hoc Bookings
1. Register Online
Complete your child's registration and required information.
2. Book Available sessions
Log in and book sessions as and when spaces become available.Sessions can be booked up to 48h in advance.
3. Receive Instant Confirmation
If spaces are available, your booking will be confirmed ready for your child to attend.
* Places subject to maximum capacity limits.
** Places need to be paid for at the time of booking.
Help with Childcare Costs
Many families are able to reduce the cost of childcare through the UK government’s Childcare Choices Scheme.
Tax Free Childcare
Eligible families can receive £2 for every £8 they pay into their childcare account, with the government contributing up to £2000 per child each year.
This support can be used to pay wrap around childcare such as before and after school clubs. Payments are managed through an online childcare account provided by HM Revenue and Customs.
Childcare Voucher Schemes
We accept various childcare voucher schemes offered through employer benefit programmes.
