How to Book
Step 1 – Register Your Child using the link above
Create an account on our online booking system and complete your child's registration details, including emergency contacts, medical information and dietary requirements.
Step 2 – Select Your Sessions
Choose the dates and sessions you would like to book from the available holiday club programme.
Step 3 – Secure Your Place
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your child's place.
Food Information
Children attending a full-day session should bring a packed lunch. Alternatively, a freshly prepared lunch can be added during the booking process for an additional £3 per day. Breakfast and morning and afternoon snacks are provided.
Please ensure all lunchboxes and drinks bottles are clearly named. We are a nut-aware setting and ask families not to send any items containing nuts.

Booking Information!!
HAF Funded Places
The Kidz Lounge is pleased to offer Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) funded places through the Derbyshire "It's About Me" programme.
Children who are eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals may be entitled to funded holiday club sessions, including exciting activities and a healthy meal.
If you believe that your child is eligible but have not received a code, please contact your child's school or Derbyshire County Councils HAF team for support.
To book a funded place:
1. Obtain your HAF/It's About Me code from your child's school.
2. Visit the It's About Me Derbyshire website when bookings open.
3. Search for The Kidz Lounge holiday club.
4. Select your preferred sessions and complete your booking using your HAF code.
